Meeting by the fire, in the woods, listening and tending to our wellbeing, deep in connection, ceremony, plant knowledge, ceremonial practices, laughter and reflection.
This offering is a year course to energise, nourish and celebrate you as a woman; acknowledging your physical and natural connection to the Earth, nature's rhythms, your wider community, kinships and culture. It will offer the support to build confidence, belonging and vitality of being.
As a group we want to ask questions, challenge ourselves but also deeply nourish our intuition, our ability to listen, to lead together and be comfortable to prepare fertile ground for our voices. Voices that are supported by the development of our integrity, self awareness and the equanimity that comes from exploring our polarities, our shadows, our self beliefs. Also this time will teach us to let go - to be, to develop our true nature, to enjoy, to take space, to recalibrate and harmonise.
The invitation is to commit to the whole year. The group will be closed so we can move together, get to know one another and open to life. We hold a safe, fun, serious and positive space. We will offer many experiences with creativity, outdoor skills, ritual and delve into nature’s medicine chest. As facilitators we have many years experience working with the sweat lodge and we will be sharing this medicine with you at particular times.
Some of the programme is planned, but will organically follow what arises out of our meetings together, so we can shape the work around what we need, and what we want to explore and experience.
We will start in September 2019 meeting on a Friday evening. There will be three one day meetings, two webinars and four Friday night meetings, plus two full weekends in April 2020 and September 2020.

About the facilitators:
Marina Robb
Marina is founder and managing director of Circle of Life Rediscovery CIC, a leading outdoor learning organisation. She is Author of ‘Learning with Nature’, considered a must-have book for Forest School & Outdoor practitioners. A qualified teacher (PGCE), Marina has studied Environmental Education (MA), Environmental Management (BSc) and Social Research (MSc). She is certified in Gestalt group facilitation, trained in wilderness skills, and has learned from indigenous traditions and their practices of interconnection with nature. She has spent over 30 years within this field developing accessible nature-centric experiences, models and tools to support a more healthy and happy society and environment.
Eleanor Darley
Eleanor is founder and director of The School of Botanical Arts teaching to develop skills in the artistic process to bring you into awareness of the medicine of plants. She brings 15 years experience working with the Mexican traditions of healing, she is a transpersonal art counsellor (MCGI) trained in anthroposophical art therapy, specialising in art with plants and deep ecology. She is also dedicated to the Danza de la Luna, the "Moondance" - a path of awakening and healing for women to reconnect to the Earth, purify and heal ancestral lines, balance shadow work, masculine and feminine and understand harmony with nature and the process of manifestation.
While this is not therapy, we will be working therapeutically in some of the work we facilitate. On deciding whether this gathering of women is right for you we would love to hear from you by email, or phone call so we can have a conversation, and welcome you with whatever you bring.
