Covid-Safe

  • Before a workshop we ask everyone to complete a lateral flow test. Please email, text to +447890496556 or bring with you.

  • Please do not come if you think you have been in direct contact with someone with Covid

  • Masks are welcome

  • We will social distance and use ventilated inside spaces when necessary. If someone else in the group is anxious and requests anyone close to wear a mask please be kind and amenable

Thank you for your understanding as we navigate taking care of each other, or just the general anxiety.


General Terms of Payment for Events / Workshops

  • The total fee must be paid 21 days before each workshop or event or by the date shown on the event information

  • There are no refunds, discounts or transfers in the case of non-attendance, any illness, or cancellation

  • By law a refund must be available 14 days from the date of an online purchase, but they are not available for if for any reason you do not request a refund 48 hrs before the event or workshop takes place.

  • Deposits are non-refundable in all cases

  • If any changes or cancellations are made to an event by The School of Botanical Arts or by any tutors a refund will be offered.

  • A transfer of booking or credit note is available in expendable circumstances with 21 days notice.
