Limpia: A cleansing ritual over the body using fresh herbs, flowers, tinctures or smudge and often other natural remedies. It's a very powerful (and enjoyable!) energetic clean up and can help you clear or change thought patterns, and re-focus on intentions. Watch a video here

The connection to plants are an integral part of this beautiful work. In each treatment a special relationship with them will be forged and you will be encouraged to work with them after and follow up with ritual herbal baths.

Anything I use on you, I have made myself from local or grown herbs and flowers.

For each treatment I will also give you a list of what plants or flowers to bring.

Limpias and herbal baths are for healing, and helping you attune your electromagnetic field for balance and or to intentionally sensitise you to connect with your intentions.

I use a combination of learned techniques and spiritual practise from Mexican Curanderismo, and Afro-Brazilian Umbanda and have been treating people with limpias for over 20 years.

I initially trained with Curandera Miahuatzin Yvonne Buendia from San Juan Tecalco Mexico from 2004-2012, occasionally she visits the UK if you are interested in a treatment by her as well.
