ART COUNSELLING With PLANTS
A creative encounter the soul qualities and medicinal properties of plants or flowers. Finding the right plant to help you.
Art is an expressive and contemplative tool for re-connection, self-awareness, trauma resolution and soul work. It is also a science to investigate the seen and the unseen, and it can bring together the worlds of observation, experience and the healing potential of the imagination.
There is additional potency in a creative journey facilitated, witnessed and gently guided. Art counselling will help provide you with the right medium and exercises to explore emotions, current challenges and also life's questions and goals. It provides a safe and confidential space for freedom, integrity and non-judgmental expression.

HEALING TRADITIONS
Integrative healing sessions working with Curanderismo traditions. The main focus is returning you to centre; understanding yourself, the essence of your shadow, cleansing, and bringing your energy - your spirit and your will into alignment.
Massage: The Tlahuayo massage is a strong deep tissue massage, working with the geometry of the human being and medicine wheel. Its energising and restorative. Tlahuayo means, the heart generated by the Earth.
Flowers, herbs and cleansing: The healing from plants and connection to plants are a big part of this work. For each treatment, and following a treatment, a special relationship with them will be forged through collecting them, crafting them, using them as tea or a bath, or with ritual.
A limpia is a cleansing treatment using fresh herbs, flowers, eggs, and sometimes fruit, incense, candles and sound. It's a very powerful energetic clean up and can help you clear or change your mind, and re-focus on intentions.
Ritual: Healing ceremonies might be specific for a right of passage or quite often for Susto (fright, relating to spirit or energy loss) and Cura de Alma (soul healing, for after strong experiences). A combination of offerings and receiving prayers, song, music, copal, herbs or tobacco.
Temascals (Sweatlodges, Inipi) bring harmony back to situations and the body. Private or group ceremonies are available.
All work starts with a platica heart to heart talk. Four sessions are recommended but that can be discussed.
